passed this strange white garment hanging from the neighbouring roof.
careless people! don't they know when one of their clothes are missing from the clothes-line?
perhaps they have so many clothes that it really doesn't matter if one disappears. what waste, i say! in a country where poor kids roam around naked and unfed, these types take their belongings for granted.
passed it by again.
it was my white shirt.
wonder when i washed it.
at least a month ago.

People could also leave it behind if one person takes it up to dry, and another picks it up after drying.
of course! that's what must have happened. here i was cursing myself for no reason. silly me.
